Meet the Team

Bryan Mallett

With over a decade of experience in the Houston retail market, Bryan leads the Cadre tenant representation team specializing in engineering and executing growth strategies for both national and regional concepts throughout Texas and neighboring states. His client list includes retailers such as Chick fil A, Panda Express, QuikTrip, Dollar General, Sonic, KFC, and more. In addition to his tenant representation work, Bryan supports the firm’s development business by helping identify and underwrite projects within their development suite, focusing on Chick fil A, Starbucks, and Chipotle build to suits.

A Houston native, Bryan graduated from Baylor University in 2010 with Bachelors degrees in Finance and Real Estate. He then spent three years in DFW with Regency Centers, a shopping center REIT, focusing on developing and leasing grocery anchored shopping centers. He and his family are active members of Houston’s First Baptist church. When not in the office, you can find Bryan chasing his kids, playing golf, or in the hunting blind.

Matt has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate across various asset classes including multifamily, retail, medical office, and mixed use. He has overseen or been involved in over $500M of development and acquisitions during his career.  

Formerly, Matt was Chief Investment Officer at i3, a national real estate investment firm headquartered in Houston with offices in Austin, Phoenix and Miami. At i3, he oversaw and implemented a data analytics strategy that used market research to identify long term growth markets.  He also played an integral role in all new investments and capital raising efforts. Matt began his career as a developer at Allen Harrison Company, a multifamily investment firm.

Matt holds a Master of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He currently resides in Houston with his wife, Callee and daughters, Brooklyn and Tatum. He is an active member of Houston’s First Baptist Church and committee chair for Cypress Young Life.
